Bill Canihan, Founder and Proprietor of Canihan Family Cellars will be pouring his award-winning wines from his family’s small estate vineyard in Sonoma, California.
In 2007, Canihan’s first release, their 2004 Syrah was rated “Best Syrah/Shiraz” and surpassed 4,300 wines tasted by 47 judges to win the top honor “Best of Show- Red Wine” in the most prestigious wine competition in America, the San Francisco International Wine Competition. The cult following for Canihan Family wines has resulted in the wines selling-out quickly following their release. About Canihan Family Cellars
The Canihan Family produces award-winning Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc from our certified organic estate vineyards in the heart of the Sonoma Valley.

The Canihan Family vineyards are ideally located in the Sonoma Valley, and because we border on the Los Carneros Appellation, the vineyards receive the cool evening breezes and frequent fog from San Francisco Bay that provide for perfect grape growing conditions.

Organic vineyard management practices, dry-farming, hand-harvesting only at complete ripeness, fermentation with naturally occurring native yeast, and no fining or filtering result in flavorful wines expressive of our “terroir”. Our commitment to elegant and flavorful wine is also evidenced by our low yields, which never exceed two tons per acre.

About Sol Rouge
Sol Rouge is a family estate vineyard and winery located in the Red Hills Appellation at elevations over 1800 feet. North of Napa Valley in the foothills of the dormant volcano which formed the North Coast wine country, this land contains rich, red volcanic soil and, from this unique profile, Sol Rouge derived its name – translating to “Red Soil” in French. This 70 acre estate is currently planted with Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Counoise, Petite Syrah, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc and will soon be planted with Cinsault. Nestled between Mt. Konocti and Benson Ridge in the Mayacamas Mountain range, this aggressive sight is all hillside with slopes up to 60% and is said to be the most tightly planted vineyard in the Red Hills, with nearly 6000 vines per hectare in some blocks.

Sol Rouge is focused on producing wines from the grape varietals of Southern France's Rhone and Bordeaux regions. We are currently partnering with vineyards in California who produce these varietals and who have distinct soil profiles similar to our terroir and those microclimates similar to that of these great wine regions of France. Our "non-intervention" winemaking philosophy will help to bring the true flavor and characteristics of the vineyard through to our wines.

About Vines on the Marycrest
Located on 26 acres of rolling hills in the westside of Paso Robles, Vines on the Marycrest was established in 2004 as the dream of owner and winemaker, Victor Abascal.

Victor and his wife Jennifer are passionate about Paso Robles wines. With its dry hot days, cool nights and limestone soils, Paso Robles lends itself particularly well to growing premium Zinfandel and the Rhône grape varieties. They believe their wines should be an artfully creative accompaniment to a delicious meal shared with friends.

Victor continues his double life as a Winemaker and a Technical Engineer in the entertainment business, while Jenni manages the farm, kids and day to day winery operations.

ABOUT VIADER
VIADER is a leading Napa Valley first growth winery estate established in 1986 by Delia Viader, and recognized around the world for consistently producing high quality wines under the “V”, VIADER, and DARE labels. The VIADER vineyards are located 1200 feet above the Napa Valley floor just northeast of St. Helena on the steep, rocky slopes of Howell Mountain. The first wine produced was the 1989 VIADER Proprietary Cabernet blend that features Cabernet Franc with a significant component of Cabernet Sauvignon.

VIADER Vineyards produces a very small amount of “V” an exclusive Petit Verdot blend, and VIADER Syrah from our estate vineyards.

In 2003, we introduced a new line called DARE by VIADER which focuses on producing single varieties from select single vineyard sources across the Napa Valley. The DARE line of wines includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo and Rose.

Over the years, Delia has remained true to her vision. Today Viader Vineyards is a thriving family business producing world-class wines from a magnificent, mature estate vineyard property complete with small bonded winery, underground caves, and a Hospitality Center which offers tours and tastings by appointment and a sophisticated wine and food pairing Culinary Program.

About TCHO Chocolates
Great chocolate begins with great beans. TCHO focuses to obtain the best beans in the world while enabling the producers of those beans to earn a better living. We do this by embracing as valued partners the farmers who grow our cacao—the way Napa Valley winemakers work closely with partner growers to foster best practices, and then buy their premium grapes at premium prices. Much like our counterparts in the California wine community revolutionized the industry, TCHO works with farmers and cooperatives to improve fermentation and bean drying methods, which is where making good chocolate actually starts—in the field. TCHO also partners with leading research organizations in cacao producing countries to deploy “Flavor Labs,” allowing farmers to make small batches of chocolate with their own cacao beans to better understand the core principle of TCHO chocolate: flavor.

About Twisted Oak
Twisted Oak Winery is the culmination of a delusion, er, vision by Jeff and Mary Stai. The vision was of a terroir based winery making superior, hand crafted, yummy wines, and then having more Twisted fun than anyone in the industry selling them. Jeff and Mary found 120 acres just outside Murphys in the Sierra Foothills at nearly 2000 feet elevation. It is there that they planted 10 acres of vineyards in Tempranillo,Grenache, Graciano, and Garnacha to take advantage of the continental Mediterranean soil types and climate. It is on top of
this property, with an amazing view of the Sierras, where the state-of-the-art, no-pumpover, four-level gravity
flow winery was built. When completed in 2004 it included open tank, stainless steel fermenters along with our own 300-foot barrel cave. This is all under the watchful
eye of a 350 year old California Blue Oak tree that not only is our namesake, but also adorns every Twisted Oak bottle.

About Courtesan
A Courtesan was a woman in the 15th – 20th century who at the very least came from an upper-middle class family; most came from wealthy or noble families, but weren’t royalty. These women were allowed to be educated and learned about the finer things in life: art, poetry, opera, and wine. Courtesans were well – educated and worldly – aside from their physical attributes, it was their wit and personality that set them apart from regular women. They became the companions at social events to men of wealth, power, and royalty. Some of the most famous women in royal circles, such as Madame De Pompadour, were courtesans and played a vital role in shaping social trends. Courtesan Wines embraces this philosophy.

About Bridget Raymond
Bridget was raised in Rutherford, CA (in the heart of the Napa Valley) and spent much of her time as a child playing among the vines of her family’s vineyard. Bridget's uncles own vineyards in the Napa Valley and making wine is a family tradition. They were her first teachers and she is grateful for it. During college, she drove up to Napa many weekends to help her uncles make wine and worked in tasting rooms to gain in-depth knowledge about various varietals and different winemaking processes used throughout the valley. She still continued with this tradition and works in Napa every harvest to help the family. From winemaking to sales and marketing, Bridget was exposed to many facets of the business. She now felt ready to pursue her life-long dream of producing her own wine, independent of the family. Hence, Courtesan was born.
