Christine McHugh The Zen of Improv
Thursday Nights - Last class is September 24th.
7:00 to 9:30
with Christine McHugh of ImprovWorks!

The most fun you'll ever have in the pursuit of being present. This drop-in workshop will use skill building exercises and improvisation games as a mindfulness practice. If you ever wondered why those im...prov comics can be so flippin fast and funny it's because they're not thinking about the past or worrying about the future. And onstage, in front of an audience who's expecting to be entertained, being in the present comes close to a life or death proposition for the ego. So take this opportunity out of the limelight to practice what the pros know and find a new way to meditate. Participants have the opportunity to leave very energized with a heightened awareness of living in the moment and how the mind traditionally gets in their way of doing that. Building a community of enlightened lunatics through this ongoing class is a very real possibility.

$20 per drop-in class. $10 first timer discount. Package discounts available

This Workshop will be held in Central San Rafael, CA; directions provided upon registration.

Call Christine at 415-459-6461 to register today.

Christine McHugh "I went to this evening last week on Thurs, and this was an amazing evening of being "present", as well as having fun, recognizing my actions more fully, meeting some wonderful people, and then hot tubbing and swimming in a warm pool that night. Well worth your time (and reasonably priced!). I'll be going again, Don't ...miss. What a delight. Much love, Teri"

Hi dear One,
Well this is the first time I've seen it...I was prepared to laugh...and I just ended up moved to tears.., all deep and yearning for the moon. So tender and beautiful. Turning right...I now have an office near Pike Place Market...and Kevin is in acting school...can we pretty please make a Seattle date for a real in person Sushi Happy Hour performance????
With love to you!
