Mark Kelly Chaz and the boyz. start some bottling. Your IPA would rock all IPAs'. I know space is limited but WE can make it work. Your Red and Blonde would do well on the retail circuit . Santa Barbara Brewing Company Brewing IPA. Just finished mashing-in the 1250 pounds of grain, the beginning of another brew day. Look for this batch in about 3 or 4 weeks. In the meantime, stop by for a few pints of our cask-conditioned IPA while it is still around or our Belgian Tripel, only a few kegs left.
Ian Lampkin visited the brewpub in State Street many times over the years. Looking forward to our next trip.
Santa Barbara Brewing Company Another batch of SB Blonde in the works today. More importantly for you hop-heads, just tapped a cask if IPA double dry hopped; first in the fermenter with Cascade, Centenial, and Simcoe (R); then again in the firkin with a generous amount of Amarillo (R). Served through a beer engine at cellar temperature, the subtle ...natural carbonation really allows the hop character to be the focal point of this traditional presentation. Stop by for a pint or more as this limited release won't be around long.
