Not exactly sure where we were. Rachel was nice enough to trust me and keep going toward somewhere...

Easy run in Goleta via Cathedral Oaks and up Glen Annie. Still feel like I have a very congested chest. Can't shake it...maybe it was just too much Turkey?

May have been the first time since college running with VG. Gans and I headed out early to meet up for what of course was a VG hilly run in Thousand Oaks. Getting ready for the alumni 5k challenge in January.

Headed out on the beach...how romantic. Good running w/Gans again out in Goleta. Five fingers were not good to me on the rocks toward the end of the beach.

Windy, windy, windy. Nice to have it against our backs on the return. Great group on this colder evening and it was nice meeting more of the crew over some ice cold "drinks."

Beautiful SF morning. You can't be the Northern California coast line. Thanks for the couch and run Mr. Service

Getting in some ocean air...

I don't understand how Jose can still go out and crank it out after only running a few miles here and there over the last couple years. Amazing. Great talking about at-risk youth, fitness, and life in general.

Great catching up with Carlos on the Los Gatos Creek trail. An easy 6-7 became 9, but we were inspired by all the women running/pushing strollers with with one and sometimes two kids. Made us look like chumps. Also, thanks Running Revolution for providing the water and Cytomax...I needed it.

As Scotty would say..."It's time to roll today boy's!" Well not quite yet, but Bland is picking up the pace; nice.

Easy run at sunset. Got dark quick and last mile in the groves was pitch black; felt like I character from Where the Wild Things Are was going to jump out at me.

Up above the SB & Pacific Ocean fog for a Sunday long run with Tommy. Reminded me of a Bay Area morning. Felt great except for the attempt at running in my five fingers. Trail was not as soft as I remember it; the last 6 miles were very rough on my feet...I'm just not quite ready to take on Caballo Blanco and the Taramuhara.

Met up with Lisa and a pack of other awesome SB runners downtown for a night cap. Heck of an evening coming down the Mesa overlooking the waterfront.
