    • Eric J Goforth This is going to make a lot of integrators nervous. Are details on the plans going forward ready for release? Are the units going to phase out, change, integrate? What will stay and what will go?

    • Paul Vingiello Not being able to get a tech on the phone for less than $500.00 after buying a gateway for $4K and having an existing network of 4 gateways and numerous dually's and extenders is REALLY worrisome. It happened to us this week. Called the corporate office and got the corporate brush off. Might be time to start looking to change vendors after 5-6 reasonably good years.
