This is a good place to start from. DAs are key in whether death penalty cases are pursued and unfortunately Santa Clara County current DA is willing to waste a ton of taxpayer money that could go to preventive law enforcement, fire safety, schools, health care etc in pursuing death penalty. Let's vote in someone who uses our limited resources more wisely.
