Hi I enjoyed the CDL new building video. Being a distanse learning student, it is often difficult to know that I am a part of the college. So videos are great way to know what is going on at the campus. I wonder, if there are anythings that we can do to organize for studnets who live overseas to feel that we are a p...art of the campus? For instance, in Japan, if there are any students of ESC (CDL), we can have a facebook page or casual get-togethers?Read More

I have really enjoyed going to this school... until this semester. Unfortunately I decided to take multiple courses with the same teacher, thinking it would be less difficult because I would only have to get comfortable with one teachers approach, rather than 2 different teachers. To my surprise, it is the worste teach...er I have ever had and now I am paying for two classes that I will likely fail - courses I would normally find enjoyable and would excel at. It is not any different than me going to the local library, except the fact that I am paying for it. The teacher has no pedagogic talent, it is very unfortunate. Normally I wouldn't say anything, but it is clear that a large majority of my fellow students feel the same way.Read More

Julia Pelish Hello from Toronto! I am wondering if there are any more graduates that live up here? I have been living in Canada for 5 years now and just moved from Vancouver. I graduated from the Long Island Center in 2005 with a BA in Art and I am now working in my own business: www.juliapelish.com. So nice to find this site!
