Save Tony the Tiger from Michael Sandlin

It's not only disgusting that he's done this - making more money off of Tony being in a damned concrete cell, at his stinky truckstop - it's wrong that The Independent Weekly posted it - giving him FREE Advertising! Shameful.

Real strange how the t-shirts that make these tight butt conservatives cringe are selling like hotcakes! Michael has had to order his third case. I guess Louisianians don't like outside agitators from Florida trying to steal their neighbor's tiger, harrass the tiger or call them "in bred". I guess Tony does not have as many enemies who would put hm alone with strangers in a strange place with no family as yall would think.

Michael is a sweet, gentle Christian man who has a gospel record album, is a soloist at his church and is a conscientious businessman who employs quite a few people who would have trouble paying their bills in this recession without their jobs.

Michael is not a redneck. He is college educated. He is not violent. He is just tired of the screwballs who need to do something about Alligator Bayou being drained and the gators being made homeless and the fish killed instead of trying to take something that does not belong to them.

God loves Michael. God does not like ugly. He does not like his sons and daughters picked on. Yall are poor stewards of God's creation. Tony is fine in his home. The picture in the upper lefthand corner shows a relaxed cat, content, not agitated. All cats sleep a lot. I have two smaller ones who are lying on my bed in just that position. Leave Michael alone. He would not ever allow anyone to be cruel to Tony.

Check for skeletons first. Tony is in the only home he knows where he is an only child. His home is in Grosse Tete. He does not need the services of an orphanage.

appreciate the offer, but dont want to start asking for money. if anyone can afford to print it out and mail it to the governor or whoever, i can email it to them.
i have however considered starting a legal fund though to hire a lawyer for tony. he needs one. any ideas welcome on how to set that up etc. would have to be 3rd party -ish, so no one can say we are making money and so on.

Instead, why don't you set up a fund to build Tony a bigger home in Grosse Tete so he can stay with the family who loves him. If you cared about him you would not be trying to take him away from his home.
