Scissorkiss
Another show from the road trip series. I think there were seriously 6 people at this show, and that -might- include if you counted my wife, our manager, the venue's manager and the sound guy.
I also think maybe these guys closed Wallaby's and then opened Sydney's, but I could be wrong.

Scissorkiss
The truly epic show we did in this venerable venue with Godclaw (!)
I believe Paisley took these and also shopped them.

I don't remember exactly where Sydney's is. (was?) Somewhere west of Worcester, I think.
This was one of several ill-conceived attempts to do shows to the far west and north west of Boston to try to grow a regional fan base. The problem is, without a regional fan base, hardly anyone comes to these shows.

Scissorkiss These would be shots from the big show we did at the theater to help promote the premier of the documentary film "Sex, Lies and Superheros", which featured some of our music on the soundtrack (and is, btw, a truly excellent documentary about comic books that features Voltaire, Neil Gaiman, Frank Miller, Stan Lee and many others).

Scissorkiss
This was our first gig as the new, three member line-up. Mathew still had long hair, and so did Amadea.
We opened for a Black Sabbath tribute band!

Scissorkiss my wife Liz took these shots of us in the stairwell of the apartment building which she and i were living at the time. the one we used was eventually photoshopped to make it look as though we were wrapping in shrink wrap. very Talking Heads, i always thought.

Scissorkiss I -think- this was our final Mid East show, judging from my outfit. That's very late SK-era jhimm. But our (two) farewell performance(s) actually took place at Ceremony (in An Tua Nua), from which, for some reason, I have no photos.

Scissorkiss The white backdrop was, I believe, supposed to permit someone to do video projections over us, which you can't see in these flash photos. So we look like singing in the rain.

Scissorkiss Possibly the Mark Sandman Foundation benefit event (and memorial), or the Incus benefit event, or... why else did we play down there? oh, right, because it rocked. hard.

Scissorkiss This was another bad case of no one but us and the other bands and the venue staff being in the building. Gigs at AS220 were always packed, but not here.

Scissorkiss Some huge venue where they were hosting a Halloween ball/bash.
