Scotch Are the pictures available for non-commercial use? Are the under a Creative Commons license? From the looks of their copyright pages, not really. The first one is Scottish, and the other is American. The first one reserves "all rights", and the other is covered by not only copyright but also under the DMCA. I'd li...ke to use a more "proper" image, but stock photographs are hard to come by that don't have an armload of conditions tied to them.
