Scott Wagman To all of my concerned friends and supporters: You are asking me who am I going to endorse for Mayor? I want you to know that I define the word "endorsement" as a wholehearted and enthusiastic recommendation of a person, institution or philosophy. I did contact everyone that i knew up in St. Pete and told them to vote for you...they did too...but you ran a wonderful campaign.
