Amen! I have an uncle who's a marine and I remain inspired and proud of him.

thank you all for serving, I pray for you all daily.My dad was in the Army National Guard for over 40 years and while he never fought in an actual war he did protect us here at home. He was involved in the Democratic National Convention, protecting homes after a tornado, and many other times. He went to be with Jesus almost 4years ago and not a day goes by that we don't miss him. Thanks dad for all you did.

Thank you so much. My dad just passed August 5 and I miss him very much.

My dad was a vet, but a Canadian Vet. When he asked the guys at the VFW if he could join, they turned their back to him because he was Canadian. In WWII, the Americans and Canadians fought side by side. I don't understand. I wonder if it would be ok to fly a Canadian flag as well as the American.

It was an honor and a privilige to have served and protected this great country. I am a 3rd generation veteran and I felt that is was my duty to serve my country in this way. GOD BLESS ALL VETERANS AND GOD BLESS THE USA.

I'm proud to say my father served in the Coast Guard for 26 years and my brother was in the Reserves. Four of my uncles were WWII veterans, one of which retired from the Air Force as a full Colonel. Two more uncles were in the Army and Marines during the Vietnam War. Even now I have numerous cousins in Air Force, Army & Coast Guard and I'm proud of them all!! It's kind of the family business and they're all proud to serve!

My thoughts are prayers are with everyone who serves, has served and the friends and family to those who serve. Thank you.

My father and my husband both served in the USAF. I am proud of them both. As I am of the rest who served.

my brother just joined the Army and i'm very proud of him! also my brother-in-law, father-in-law, and grandfather-in-law served in the Air Force.

My friend just jioned up with the Marines and he is about to be headed to Basic Training which means that I won't see him for three months and also will not be allowed contact..... but I am very proud of him for what he is doing.

I have a cousin that served overseas and he lost both of his legs in Iraq. But that didn't stop him - he's now up and about and nothing can keep him down. He is definitely one of my heroes! HATS OFF TO YOU JUSTIN -- THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!
