Take A Hike Arizona, LLC Today we volunteered with the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy on the new Bajada Trail at the Gateway Trail Head. This is a barrier free trail! Everyone is accessible to the Preserve.
Take A Hike Arizona, LLC Back once again by popular demand.....Take A Hike Arizona is offering a Kids Hiking Camp on Veteran's Day Holiday, November 11th from 10am-3pm. The camp will take place at the Gateway Trailhead in the McDowell Mountains of Scottsdale. Included in this fun adventure designed just for kids, is an educational guided hike,... desert-themed games and activities, desert scavenger hunt, and compass/map reading lesson. Lunch, snacks and refrreshments will also be served. The kids will also be provided with water for the hike and the use of backpacks. The cost is $40 per child ($35 for each additonal sibling). Space is limited so call us at 480-634-8488 to reserve a spot today!!
