Sea Change Radio Word is that China has pulled out now. They don't like the transparency issue. There's nothing coming out of this today. The UNFCCC Executive Secretary Yvo de Boer is suppposed to give us an update at 6. We'll see if he shows up, everyone else has cancelled. #COP15
