The Japanese government has labeled Paul Watson a terrorist for saving the lives of whales in the southern ocean.

Tess at 9:14am July 3
No surprise...but who cares what Japan thinks of Paul Watson? They kill whales against the public opinion of millions and they don't care what anyone thinks about that so why should anyone care who they label as a terrorist?

actually no.. It is obvious that you ignore that oil spills present the potential for enormous harm to deep ocean and the immediate effects of toxic and smothering oil waste may be MASS MORTALITY and contamination of fish and other food species, but long-term ecological effects may be worse. Oil waste poisons the sensitive marine and coastal organic substrate, interrupting the food chain on which fish and sea creatures depend, and on which their reproductive success is based.

@ Stephen R. Smith: your post of 4:47 a.m. shows that you do not appreciate the sincerity of Lotte & Manu. They have joined this group, and post on its discussion boards, in support of SSCS (which fights for the Marine Environment & our Ocean Life). You clearly do not understand the difference between a "winner" and a "loser." A loser is a ... Read Moreperson who will attack a member of his group, or family, for trivial and irrelevant reasons, forgetting the battle/war that the group is engaged in, and creating ill feeling among members of the team. A winner will consider all attempts by group members to communicate, and she will focus on whether the heart of each speaker is sincere, relative to the stated objectives of the group. In looking at your post of 4:47 am, I am not sure which of the two categories (winner / loser) you place yourself in.
