Acclaimed as one of the most beautiful voices in the Vaishnava tra...dition, DASI Karnamrita is an immensely talented vocalist and teacher of Bhakti Yoga. She has been delighting audiences around the world since the release of her acclaimed album DASI: Prayers by Women. Raised in an Ashram community in the United States, she has sung Bhajans and Kirtans since early childhood. At the age 24, she began formal classical training with her Guruji, Pandit Vidur Mallik in the small village of Vrindaban in Northern India. Under his guidance, she studied for nearly a decade, the ancient and rigorous art known as Dhrupad. Having known intimately and studied these arts; her singing and music therefore combine these different generes into a rare and deep transformative music sound. Her album DASI: Prayers by Women has won many awards and has been given great acclaim.

Kamaniya and Keshavacharya Das are a kirtan couple dedicating their lives fully to devotional chanting. Attracted by Bhakti Yoga, the path of devotion, both have spent many years living in ashrams, searching for the divine through devotional service and singing. Seeing the impact of chanting on people, Kamaniya & Keshavacharya Das were inspired to commit their lives to sharing the universal spiritual practice of kirtan with the Western world. Known for her joyful expression, Kamaniya's love for kirtan and Sanskrit chanting is contagious. As well as leading her own kirtan for the past ten years, Kamaniya accompanies several well-known devotional singers, including Shyamdas, Jai Uttal, Girish, and Durga Das.

Keshavacharya Das has been a kirtan singer for over a decade. He spent the last few years traveling across the US performing kirtan at many yoga studios and retreat centers. After his highly applauded debut album, 'Crying of the Soul', he is now working on a duo album with Kamaniya, titled 'Sweet Surrender'.

New Orleans mantra musicians Sean Johnson and The Wild Lotus Band are a nationally renowed kirtan trio appreciated equally for the spiritual depth and dynamic musicality of their sound. The following day Saturday November 21st, Wild Lotus Yoga will be joining the local Indian community and others to help sponsor The Jaghanatha Rathayatra- an all day Festival including parade in downtown New Orleans celebrating the culture, art, music, dance, and food of spiritual India.
