From now through mid-August, Pagliacci’s is featuring our fresh smoked coho on their seasonal Salmon Primo pizza. The pie combines dilled ricotta, capers and red onion on an olive oil base. Yum!

Every year the boats take the three day journey up the inside passage to get to the fishing grounds to begin the season. Pete will be back in mid to late August, and Jonah plans to stay through September to catch fall cohos.
