I just received my 3rd order from selectblinds.com and it will be my last. Not only was the order not what I expected or up to standard, but the customer service I received was unacceptable. I ordered 11 blinds for which samples were not availble. I was told I could return at no cost to me if they didn't work. They do ...not work (the color is vastly different than the picture online) and they don't hang straight. When I called last night, I was told I would be responsible for the cost to ship them back ($75). This is NOT what I was told before I ordered them and selectblinds.com has been completely unwilling to help me with this. All they had to do was stick to their word and cover a shipping cost and I would have been satisfied and willing to order a different color/style.This has become a company that I once recommended to others but will now make a point to steer people away from so they do not have the same experience I did.Read More

Jennifer Montoya Battiste Bought wood blinds for my house back in May. Less than half of them will actually go down, if they have been lifted, on their own when I pull the cord. Not to mention that some of the blinds don't sit level horizontally, and they are installed correctly.
Clare Would love to be a fan, but can't seem to get any help via by phone or on-line for a status on my order-as to whether my item shipped. Ordered almost two weeks ago and still no info as to when my item will ship!
