I wish I could have bought something, but I realized I had other things to get. Oh well, maybe some other time.

You're welcome! My eldest son scanned the eBook. I think it's one of the best vintage sewing manuals in my collection because of the fabulous illustrations. We couldn't offer the entire book as a download (though I wanted to), because it was over 48 megabytes. I'm trying to figure out how to squish it down so we can put up the full-sized eBook soon! :-)

I have looked thru that sewing manual and it is a great reference-- I sure wish I had it when I was just beginning to sew. It is quite practical and gives some good tips like we would have received from Grandma!
- btw- I am signed up for Twitter, but I am still figuring out how to tweet! Lol! and to listen to others chirp. funny.

can't wait for the sale! Your patterns got me through a tough winter last year when my daughter was really picky about what she wore. I used the girls regency pattern and the pantaloons to make her some warm clothes.

The one in March will be exactly like that -- going to splendid manor houses, viewing gorgeous fashions, and being waited upon in the tea rooms! http://www.sensibility.com/2010tour. No time period is perfect, naturally, but that one holds many charms for me!
