Angela Bass i had my tubal ligation reversed and my husband and i have been trying for over a year; no luck, everythings good, my tubes are just to messed up. our only hope is IVF. If i would have known that i would have done that in the first place instead of spending the money on the surgery. Hindsight is 20/20 :)

Denise Davenport Kelly me and my husband has been trying to conceive for 2.5 years, my HSG resluts showed both tubes are open but i have a heart shaped uterus, is this why we are having a hrad time gtting pregnant? Winter Matos good morning i have PCOS i was diagnosed 5 years ago my husband and i have been trying but my obgyn wont put me on fertility drugs because i am overweight i am trying so hard to lose it but everytime i lose some i gain it back i want to be a mother so much has anyone one else with PCOS had or have weight issue the doc said its a symtom or side effect of PCOS any help would be appreciated

yep I just found out that I have PCOS, i gained every bit of 70+ lbs, and my period has really never been right from the get go, went to my regular obgyn and they couldnt find "anything" wrong with me... so a friend of mine refered me to a fertility dr and just by telling him everything that was going on he already knew that I had pcos. he put me ... Read Moreon metformin (because your basically borderline diabetic) and that helps with the weight problem too, then he put me on a fertility drug called colmid which in my opinion it really doesnt help, im still kinda in the clouds about it all. but see if you can find another dr that will put you on metformin for starters and good luck!

When I was in high school i found out that i dont have enough hormones to make an egg or something like that and that is why i dont have my monthly. but i do get it sometimes. i might get it one month then like 6 months down the road ill get it again. Hi, I have had PCOS and stage 4 endometriosis since I was 13 but went undiagnosed til I was 19 when I had my 1st of 5 surgeries for it...since then I have been diagnosed with 19 other medical conditions, most recently Fibromyalgia. Currently I have a cantelope sized endometrioma (sized as of a month ago)..but I have ...no insurance, I was on unemployment, but it just ended...and am still waiting on disability and social security answers...If medicaid come thru I may have found a dr MAY have being key...to do procedure...but I am SCARED..i dont know if i should have full historectomy since this is an ongoing thing for over 10 yrs now, or if I should just have the right ovary removed,,,because the left one seems to be quiet....any answers and suggestions for me??Read More
