Just wanted to say that the staff you have at plug are really lovely :) .... my Daughter and friends Daughter n her friend were at your club on 22nd July to watch Billiam perform and all of your staff were absolutely great with them so A VERY BIG THANX to you all xxx

it was a cold, clear night in sheffield, when three unwitting people arrived at plug nightclub only to be informed that their guestlists were revoked hence not honouring a radio competition. the guests nor the radio hosts had any prior knowledge of this. it is alarming that an establishment such as plug did not have the professionalism to notify these guests prior to the gig. when questioning the management decision of this matter, one guest (female and 5ft2) was refused entry in a aggressive matter....not by door staff, but by one of plug's owners!
all of the refused guestlists patrons, happily paid to enter, not because of the venue itself, rather to see roni size. i have never been taken to plug - for its venue, value for money, drinks..however now, most importantly i do not take to plug for its management! disgusted!!
