On the 9th November 2009, it will be 20 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall. The RAF Museum Cosford will be marking the anniversary with a fun weekend event for families.
On 14/15th November families will be able to take part in our graffiti project on a purpose built wall. Children and adults will design their own... slogan and decorate a custom-built wall in our National Cold War Exhibition, near where a genuine section of the wall is displayed.

There will be a Service of Remembrance taking place in the Museum's Hangar 1 in front of the Comet with visitors, ATC and RAF personnel present.
All visitors are welcome to join the service for this Act of Remembrance for those who lost their lives in conflict. Visitors are asked to assemble in Hangar 1 by 10.45am.
In a...ddition to this the Museum will have on display a temporary exhibition "Lest We Forget" which explores the importance of Remembrance and those support agencies who give emotional and practical support to RAF families during their bereavement.
