December 3 Inquiry Management System. Linda Mickleberry and Chris Taylor.
The IMS provides an information conduit for prospective students to get generalized information about Shoreline, or for more specific information about programs or degree option, they can connect directly with faculty responder. Our new module automates some of the process to take the burden off the faculty member and get relevant information out quickly. We can develop metrics to track how many people are inquiring about different programs.
