The evening will include our Renowned Cocktail Stations including Three Pastas, Beef Bourgogne, Veal Marsala, Chicken Scarpie...llo, Grilled Vegetables, Carving Stations of Turkey and Ham as well as Elaborate Cold Displays and Viennese Dessert Table. The Cocktail hour in the Garden Room was followed by a autumn themed reception in the Regency Room. The bridal party was introduced, as they wore exquisite orange gowns, to the sound of bagpipes. They were c...omplemented by the decor of the room which included orange organza sashes and orange blossoms in the 3-tier square stacked wedding cake. David and Luisa had their first dance as husband and wife, on the dance floor illuminated with their names and wedding date. The First MOCAAPI Charitable Gala was held at Shadowbrook on Saturday November 14, 2009. Dr. & Mrs. Gupta planned an elaborately decorated Gala event featured the Featuring Red Baraat, a one-of-a-kind dhol 'n' brass band performing LIVE! The elegant banquet's purpose was to bring the large MOCAAPI family closer to each... other and also to reach out to the other physicians we work and live with. This was an excellent opportunity to sample Indian food, culture and music and experience their traditional hospitality. This year, the proceeds from charitable ticket sales, auction items and other donations will benefit The FoodBank of Ocean and Monmouth Counties.

The Monmouth Council of Boy Scouts, celebrating 100 years, was proud to honor Peter Cancro with the 36th Joshua Huddy Distinguished Citizen Award at a “Gala Under The Stars” in the Oak Room on Saturday October 24, 2009. Peter is the founder & CEO of Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems. Over the years, Peter has been an out...standing member of the community, always giving back and making a difference. The event was coordinated by Ross Munt and Monmouth Council of Boy Scouts President Carl Gross, longtime friend of Robert Zweben, proud owner of Shadowbrook. The elaborate cocktail hour display featured chafing dishes, assorted seafood, sumptuous salads and pastas as well as a carving station followed by a sit down dinner. The award presentation included the local Monmouth Council Boy Scout troop flag ceremony and the evening was enhanced by the smooth performance of the Jazz Lobsters.
