Just want to pass on a hint. I was cleaning two quite dirty luscious brushes today (the full-sized buki and the baby buki). I cleaned each brush three times with soap and water. There was still a lot of orangish color remaining on the white part of the bristles. I thought I'd add some baking soda to the wet bristle ...s to see if I could whiten them. It worked. I tried this procedure two ways: with baking soda only, and with baking soda and liquid soap together. Seems to work either way.
Both brushes sure look a lot better! Just wanted to pass this on. Hope I haven't done harm to them in the long term, but they're much more aesthetically pleasing now.Leer más
