Try this: Rinse seeds and place in large bowl, toss with 2 Tablesp Canola Oil, 1 1/2 Tablsp. ancho chili powder, 1 Tablsp. kosher salt, and one tsp. chile de arbol powder. Spread on baking sheet. Bake @ 350 for 8 -10 mins. stirring once. Let cool. Store in airtight container.
