Simi Valley Police Foundation Congratulations to Rep. Gallegly on receiving the 2009 Humane Law Enforcement Award by the Humane Society. “Other crimes often go hand-in-hand with animal fighting, including illegal gambling, drug trafficking and acts of human violence.
