Hi folks,
We have started to serve dinner on Saturdays... nothing fancy, just grilled shellfish tossed with herbs and extra virgin olive oil + simple piquant bee hoon on the side.
Live shellfish* like Moreton bay bugs, Asian moon scallops, mud spiny lobsters, razor clams, asari clams, giant river prawns, Australian redcl...aw, sculptured mitten lobsters and grey prawns are bought on the same day and kept alive in tanks till cooking time.
Reservation is a MUST as we are not in favour of letting them (shellfish) die without a good cause (as dinner).
*Depending on the catch of the day, we might not necessary get all the items listed above.
