Angela Its a place for happy and some not-so-happy events. Happy - promotions, birthdays, anniversaries. Not-so-happy - farewells. But, regardless of the occassions, the food never fail to please and its always memorable and heartwarming times with our loved ones. Fond memories of all these events. Nobody I know dislikes the ...mushroom roll and stirfried monkeyhead mushroom with walnut. I can never resist them too. =)
April Yap I will never forget the last meal i had with my dad at Mushroom Pot before he lost the battle to cancer. It was (still is) the great ambience, food and service which gave us a big impression of the restaurant. Whenever we re-visit the restaurant, though without our beloved dad, we were greeted warmly and we really felt... like being at home eating home-cooked, comfort food. This place will always be the most memorable to me and... my dad.
Kling Who says fungi are unattractive and unpleasant?! MUSHROOM POT has definitely revolutionized the stereotype!!! If spinach is the source of superhuman strength for Popeye, and mushroom to upsize Super Mario, then i conclude that MUSHROOM POT is our health replenisher!!! =D I LOVE MUSHROOMS!
Candy i love mushrooms so do my sisters... thus it is a regular place for our sisters monthly gathering.. we love the steam boat and the wide array of choices on the menu.. fondly remember my first visit to kallang many many years ago.... Mushroom Pot Rockxx!!!!
