U.S. Embassy Singapore Supported by the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Singapore, Clubilya - a non-profit youth development organization staffed by VolVis alumni - organized the Daniel Pearl World Music Days Singapore 2009 on Oct 3, 2009 for the second successive year. The concert spanned a wide range of musical genres from et...hnic music to world music, choral ensemble to Rhythm and Blues, and from Hip-Hop dance to Belly dance. The event featured performances by Hady Mirza, the very first Asian Idol, Singapore American School Choir, Mohamed Faizal Salim on Guzheng, and Krsna, Govin and Dexter Tan on Sitar, Tabla and Violin, as well as others.
