JOY Bookstore Author number 1: Historical fiction author, T.L. Higley, will take us into An Evening of Exotic Locales on Friday evening, October 9th, beginning at 7 PM. Higley's newest release, Guardian of the Flame, is the third of her Seven Wonders Novels, featuring historical suspense set around the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
