I have not had issues getting on Sizzix.com all weekend. I'm so sorry you continue to have issues. I'm sure that someone in customer service would be happy to personally take your order over the phone. They will be back in the office at 6:30 a.m. Monday morning, Pacific Time.

Claudia Juarez Mason I have a question for those who have the Big Kick and the Big Shot/Big Shot Express. Which one is better and why? I want to ask Santa for one and I'd like to know which one is the most versitile of the two. Thanks in advance for any advice in this matter =D

I love the Big Shot Express! It is way faster than the manual version, but I do use the manual version to take with me to crops. I did a side by side comparison video and a few other demo videos using the Express. You can see them on my blog: www.diecuttersanonymous.blogspot.com - just scroll down and there is a list of video links on the right ... Read Morehand side. The one titled "Sizzix Big Shot Express Machine Demo" is the one with the side by side comparison (the lighting is not great but you will get the idea). Hope this helps - you can't go wrong with either machine.

Jenn Lynn Sizzix storage solution - I use the JetMax cubes from Target to hold many of my dies. One cube holds more Originals/Bigz than 4 of the old towers. TFL!

I love it! I will have to see if my local Target has these. I have stacks of the dies on bookcases. The pink boxes were a flop for me.

Now see, I love the new boxes, have several pink ones in both sizes. Also have 6 towers full. My craft area was still overflowing with dies, and then I found that they fit in the jetmax cubes perfectly. So I separate mine by category. Big themes like Dolls or Alphabets are in boxes or towers, while misc and older dies are in the drawers. Sizzlets are in sizzlet cases. Now if I could only find somewhere to put my Bigz XL dies I'd be all organized!!

I had a tough time today too. Just thought it was my computer!! Guess I was wrong. Todays teasers where not quit what I was hoping for but found lots of other fun things. But it took forever to process every little thing. They must have had a ton of people trying to shop!

Tracy Bennett Wish your sizzix ebay site would post over here to Australia...You lucky americans you get soo many good sizzix bargains and the variety..Us Aussies get nothing like that here...anyone no any good ebay sites with good postage prices to buy from and bargain sizzix products..there have been a couple i have purchased thru and they have been wonderful and honest about postage...

I read a lot about people from Australia not being able to get Sizzix at a reasonable price....just get a penpal from the USA and maybe they would order them for you and ship them and it would cost less than thru the website. Just a thought
