Slant: Bold Asian American Images showcases the best in emerging Asian American film. Through our film festival, DVDs and performances, we provide a fresh perspective on the Asian American experience. Since its start in 2000, Slant has screened an eclectic mix of films from different genres. Though the films explore a wide range of topics, you can always count on a few mainstays at Slant: the smashing of stereotypes, off-beat humor, family stories and a spectacular gun battle or two.
