The regular Gabfest Team consists of Emily Bazelon, John Dickerson and David Plotz. Sometimes one or two of these folks needs to call in from the road, and in extreme cases another Slate staffer will pinch hit for a member who is missing in action. The Slogan: "We can't even agree on a slogan."

The Gabfest is like allowance as a kid... I'm totally jazzed to get it on Friday, and then I use it all up and am bummed for a whole week.

I have been a huge gabfest fan for over a year now! Thank God there's finally a few political comentators who know what their talking about.
