Smart Shorties joined forces with Woodbury Elementary School in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
Students in Cynthia Steiner’s sixth grade general music classes worked
on writing their own lyrics for steps to dividing mixed numbers -
working for 6 weeks learning about how to write lyrics, rehearse and
use ProTools software. The song...s will be featured on the next album -
Smart Shorties Hip Hop Fractions! In addition to having a
blast teachers noted that the students self
confidence and passion for music and writing have increased a lot!
