Smart Start of Mecklenburg County A new shipment of the H1N1 vaccination has arrived at Charlotte's Community Health Center located at the Children Family Services Center! There is a $5 admin fee. You will need to call the clinic to schedule an appointment at (704)375-0172. Children 9 and younger will need 2 doses of the H1N1 to be considered fully immunized.
