I was a bit taken aback, I must say. Honestly, I didn't even know what I was holding as the owner of the restaurant handed me the bottle of Domaine Michel right before we went live on the air.

I wonder that I am not made for TV and should stick to writing my little posts. I never want to come off as pompous or pretentious and feel my reticence ... Read Moreand reserve may have read as both. If I am lucky enough to be asked back, I will try to relax and remind viewers that being well-mannered is not about pompousity. It's a tough one, I tell you. But perhaps practice will make perfect. Thank you all for the encouraging words. I appreciate it greatly.
