Is anyone paying attention to the fiasco taking place in Winston-Salem? Talk about "stratification." The W-S City Council approved MORE money for the baseball stadium on top of previously approved money. The total now moves to something like $48.7 million! It is not Yankee Stadium, but it is a minor league team that... will call the place home, in a city struggling with high unemployment etc.
