SolVici Glass Here is a pair of green pattern bar bowls. The larger one is 10" and the smaller is 8 1/2" in diameter. They look fantastic with a bit of back lighting shining through the transparent slices of glass!

The final firing gave shape to the glass. In a process known as 'slumping', the flat glass is placed on top of a ceramic mold and fired to approximately 1240 degrees. At this temperature the glass becomes soft and falls into (or over) the mold, following its shape. The bowl i...s now ready for use (it is food safe) or display.
