      • Tom Tomaka I work in the solar PV business in Georgia. With State legislators and regulators parroting the Southern Company's false talking points about solar, I have been hoping and praying for strong Federal legislation with regard to carbon pricing and a national RPS. The only disagreement I have with the report is over its average electricity price. Including surcharges, a medium-sized commercial customer of GA Power pays 11-12 cents/kWh. And, it's going up.

            • Vivian Kuala Thin film is so flexible, inexpensive, lightweight, etc. I have seen it used in so many applications that panels could not be used. I'm still rooting for it. :)
