Soothing Herbals It's officially cold and flu season. H1N1 is going around and currently my family has strep throat. While my son is on antibiotics, I am using our handcrafted echinacea tincture for treatment. We also have a brand new tea for sore throats: Throat Soothe Tea. Both of these products are working well to fight off strep an...d are also great for the common cold and flu.(see link below) Echinacea is a powerful tincture that works, though is most effective when used at the very early onset of colds and flu. Stephen Buhner's book Herbal Antibiotics is a great resource for learning more about the many ways to heal with echinacea.
