Campania Pizza Which location did you eat in - Southlake or West Village? All of our olives should be black mediterranean unless someone specifies green??
Campania Pizza I'm looking ALL over for space. Lots of good opportunities with other restaurants that have closed. I've heard Pastazios is pretty good but haven't been there yet.
Campania Pizza Our GM, Maurizio is from Napoli, and he is always talking about pizza fritti...it is just like a mini fried calzone. We have not made them yet as we don't have a deep fryer...but I might like to try them and zeppole.
While 2008 was indeed a difficult year for restaurants, we did have a couple of nice moments: - Featured in D Magazine's Best New Restaurant Issue - Named a Top Ten New Restaurant by the Dallas Morning News - Named Independent Pizzeria of the Year by Pizza Today Magazine - Received certification...
