You may notice if you visit my site that its not is usual lovely self. That's because I some how managed to overwrite my database. Hopefully a backup will be able to restore it and it will be back very soon. Failing that I'm going to sit in the corner and cry :(

Yay its back.Many thanks to my hosting company who restored it in less than 45mins - now I must learn not to mess with things that maybe I don't understand. Ha !
