This year Wisconsin will host Du Run Run events accross the state to raise funds for Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes. During the Du Run Run, children ages 2-12 compete against kids their own age and gender in a duathlon, which is a run/bike/run.

Special Olympics Wisconsin Event Canceled: Area 8 Athletics Meet at Nicolet High school, Glendale, WI As a precautionary measure the Area 8 Special Olympics Athletics Meet scheduled at Nicolet High School has been canceled in the wake of a city swine flu (H1N1) investigation.
