have been asked by several agents what I thought about blogging and
what should they blog about. It's such a hot topic that I thought I
would share it with you, as well. Just
like Facebook and Twitter changed the way we interact with others,
blogging is changing the way we market ourselves, too. Blogs (a.k.a.
Web...logs) are used for journaling, story-telling and getting information
out to the public. Depending on how you use it, it can be thought of as
electronic versions of newspaper articles, scrapbooks and community
newletters all written by you. You can also link your blog site to your
website to help drive traffic to your site. It will also help improve
your placement on search engines for free. To
get people to read your blog and keep returning, you must have
interesting content and keep it updated. The more you update the better
your placement in the search engines. I would suggest blogging at least
once a week at a minimum. That's when people ask me what should they
