Elsa was born in Paris, and was raised partially in the city and on the island of Corsica. She has worked in the field of agronomy and environmental science. Her true passion has always been History, and she is studying the History of food and Cuisine. Elsa trained in Paris, and has been creating nutritious and elegant food all over world. With mentors in Morocco, Florence, Corsica, Sevilla, Tokyo, Yucatan Coast, Mexico City, and Southeast Asia, Elsa has learned how to create inventive and multi-cultural cuisine. Her main focus is traditional French with a healthy twist. She is a master of fusing together local specialties with traditional dishes. Elsa is a member of Slow Food, eco-gastronomic organization.
Créatrice de SpiritBelly & Chef: Elsa Launay
Elsa est née à Paris et a passé son enfance entre la Normandie et la Corse, baignée dans deux cultures culinaires presque opposées. Après une licence d’Histoire à Paris 7, elle a intégré l’école de commerce EM Lyon en Master.
Durant ses nombreux voyages, Elsa a appris à mijoter une Cuisine inédite, inspirée de plusieurs cultures.
