Former University of Alabama football coach Paul "Bear" Bryant once said, "If you believe in yourself and have dedication and pride - and never quit, you'll be a winner. The price of victory is high but so are the rewards."

The White Brothers Academy provides instruction to competitive individuals on three levels: overall person (character), student, and athlete. Our mission is to develop serious athletes into high performance people. The WBA's purpose is to help young athletes develop skills that will dramatically and permanently enhance their athletic performance and life success. Skills work is done in sports.

The White Brothers Academy was founded in 2006 to provide in-depth, advanced instruction to serious athletes. Our intent is to offer the highest quality training in fundamental mechanical skills, player tactics, strategy, and competition skills to athletes who want to play competitively at the next level. A key component of this unique instructional program is its emphasis on skills such as goal setting and confidence and good habit building that carry over from sports into school and life success.

We base our mentoring programs on the belief that sports should build a bridge between education, character and life. Instilling life skills within the WBA will provide our athletes with the proper foundation to succeed not just on the field but also in the classroom and life. Creating an environment that holds our athletes accountable for what they do not just in sports but also in life will be a key attribute that the WBA will provide.

We also believe that performance is key and comes from combining mechanical skill development with athletic development and internal personal development with a practical understanding of the processes that create success.
