Muzzy Mansion Bed & Breakfast What a chilly and very windy night it was outside! Steven warmed it up this morning for our guests with his signature baked quiche made with steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese and a heavy custard. Red pears, organic blueberries and assorted teas rounded out the fare.

Muzzy Mansion Bed & Breakfast While our Montana guests are enjoying the broadway hit "The Lion King" at the INB Center downtown this evening, Steven is experimenting with recipes for his new Belgian waffle maker, including waffled french toast. Mmmmm!

Muzzy Mansion Bed & Breakfast For our Seattle guests this weekend, Steven chose Creme Brulee French Toast for this morning. The bread was a home-baked sweet hawaiian bread, covered in Grand Marnier creme brulee sauce and refrigerated overnight. This morning he baked it and served it with turkey smoked sausage, red pears, orange juice, local Thomas Hammer coffee, and assorted teas.
Muzzy Mansion Bed & Breakfast We enjoyed giving a tour last night to 15 folks representing the WA State Dept of Archeology and Historic Preservation. Absolutely delightful people from all over the northwest.
