      Arkansas Dance Connection Dance Tip- Holding your slows in Rumba gives more emphasis to the rhythm of the dance as well as gives the gentleman time to lead the ladies next step. Also keep your weight on one foot at a time instead of splitting weight between both feet. This will keep you from "losing your place" or not knowing which foot to move... next. You will always use the foot that is free. This tip applies for all dances. Happy dancing!
