Sol Foods The foundation for the underground parking is in. Customers will be able to enjoy the only shaded parking in Zion!

Sol Foods Construction has begun! The hole is dug, the footings have been poured and the foundation walls are being poured as I write. Rex (general contractor) and his boys of Westar Construction are doing a great job and a joy to work with.

Sol Foods We are sorry to see the El Rio go, but it just needed too much TLC (duct tape) to keep it going. We have outgrown our current store and Zion Canyon needs a full-service market, so to use a famous Utah quote: "this is the place." Demolition has begun, and thanks to our friend Regina, progress will be well documented. We will open in the spring, stay posted. Max and Julie Gregoric

Sol Foods Our specialty cheese supplier, DPI, will be holding a free tasting at our store. This is a chance to come and sample some of the cheeses we already carry and get a taste of the large selection we will carry in our new store. We will post the time as soon as we know.
Time:12:05PM Saturday, August 29th
Location:SOL FOODS
